Snow Storm Colorado

We closed the center early today. Only few workers and children were able to came to work due to the bad weather. One of the worker in the other center was running off the road and good thing she was safe and was able to stop eventually without hitting any car. It is very nasty outside and good thing hubby put the car in the garage. He didn't need to shovel and clean our car when he goes to work tonight. I am glad I got off early today and got a chance to clean our house, work my other errands and rest but I guess tonight we still need to go to the party of our friends house. We need to cancel the baby shower tomorrow because of the weather. I guess this is one of the worst snow storm I experience since I live here in Colorado. The weather here in the states is just so extreme that it is very hard to control. The snow outside is pretty but not safe to drive.

Couponing

To make our schedules work, me and hubby tried to eat lunch together or else were not gonna see each other until at night. Working full time job is a good thing especially to this time of recession but it requires a little bit of management or else our schedules will be a mess. Me and hubby was been trying to lower down our bills and I am proud to say that he made it.

When I got home today for lunch I saw a bunch of grocery and guess what that's from his patient gathering his coupon. I am proud of him that he made such a good deal in all his purchases. I can't imagine how much he will pay without those coupon. Couponing is on of his new way of budgeting and I must say it works. I am proud of him really!!!

We have so much thing to do this year and one of them is for me to go back to school. I almost tried to stop going to work and be a full time student but I need my income so I will be doing my school online. Last year 2011 was such a good year for us because we had so much blessings and the highlights there was to buy our own house. I have so much to say if I will mention everything but I was just wondering how you guys lowered your bills? Please drop some comments and let's learn from them. Have a prosperous year 2012!!!!

Get a job even if it's a minimum wage

The economic crises affects the people globally. Some people lost their jobs and struggles on their finances. Me and hubby is not making millions and we are not earning minimum wage either. We make good but we still have a back up plan in case the economy will get worst. I am making money in different ways. I used my talents in writing and for that I am making money online through advertising. I also work as a full time resource teacher, a janitor in our franchise cleaning business and sometimes a driver and babysitter lol. Sound funny but that's what I do. Yes I have a bachelors degree but when it comes to working I am not picky as long as it is decent. As long as I can do it.

I talked to a childhood friend today and she goes " I stopped working because I don't make a lot" So she is now a full time mom struggling, sending her three kids to a private school. They own a barbecue store and she manage it with her husband. I guess if she did not stop, two income will be coming in the household every month. Sometimes people are so needy. They want too much...but they did not consider their qualifications. People think differently but I guess if we are too realistic to view life, we can manage our finances without struggling. So a tip for anyone who want to get a job. Be realistic...if you need to get a a job with a minimum wage then accept it. Some income is better than no income. Eventually you will have a raise or a promotions. Who knows!

A Good Time in The Lake

I had a blast yesterday in the lake. It was really fun we had barbecue and some kind of ball game. That was my first time to play but guess what I did it good. I won my team and they thought that I was already used playing on that game. Hubby wasn't able to come because he need to work but He said next time we will go back there again with our friends. Happy sabbath day everyone....

Shopping for a good home

I am so excited for today. After church we are going to shop for houses again. Our mortgage brooker wanted us to be undercontract before april 18th. According to her, there will be an increase of mortgage payment for at least 40 to 50 bucks. to be continue...

Nuclear Power Plant

Everyone who have some concerns about what is going on today is woried especially the issue about the nuclear plant in Japan. Some seems don't care and I could say I was one of them. First because I don't have enough knowledge about nuclear plant. One of our worker in our cleaning business share his knowledge and I was stunned and realize, geese! its very scary.

Nuclear plants are technically invented to produce electricity. Through this plants a certain country will have enough supply of electricity and generate it anytime they want. But there are random side effects and it is deadly when this nuclear plants will explode or if not use wisely.

I found the most accurate definition of nuclear plants and this represents aa electrical power, produced from controlled non-explosives nuclear reactions. Using of nuclear power plant was been a huge debate to the many because of its side effects. It will cause skin cancer and other threats to people and the environment.

Former late president Marcos tried to put up a nuclear plant in the philippines but fortunately, the pros win and it was stop. Geese now Japan is facing a deadly threat and it will affect not only to them but to the whole world.

Day Off With Errands

I am trying to thaw my chicken for tomorrow. I need to make a chicken adobo requested by some of my genuine friends. I am off tommorrow and am just ecstatic to see them again. I have been working hard both on my preschool job and managing our cleaning business.

Tonight we will go to one of our account and clean it. We will only do some small stuff and bring one of my husbands employee. His very good and easy to catch up. If everything will grow soon, he will be our main guy.

Yesterday hubby was so happy that our two accounts has outstanding remarks. We did a very good job and we are getting more clients soon. Geese God is so good. But hubby told me that we need to save more and more because if there is sunshine there is also some rainy days.

So proud of hubby he just so amazing...of handling our business wisely! But anyhow we will have fun again tomorrow with friends...Banquet of Filipino food will be in the table again. Oh I almost forget we are filling our 2010 taxes...Hmm I wish we are getting some money...crossing my fingers! lol A day off with errands indeed!

Keep Your Privacy

What is the secrecy of our own privacy? Many of us now don't really know the true essence of privacy. Some invade their own privacy without knowing it by carelessly posted their pictures in different sites publicly. Or even have their family arguments in the most famous networking site face book. We all know face book and I am disappointed to some of us who posted their thoughts or pictures without thinking the effects. I don't add random people in my face book account, il make sure that I know the person before adding them. My pictures are mainly for my friends and can't viewed publicly. If I have troubles I barely express my thoughts and if ever, I don't create a chaos and make it as an issue. A thought of advice...if your a family think many times before arguing in face book. It is very unethical and disrespectful to show to the world that your family is debating some stuff that in the first place you guys should the only people to know. Keep your privacy and be smart enough...

Fever

I was gruelling with fever last night. I was shivering and felt all the body pain. I was supposed to enjoy watching movies with a friend but I was really sick. They still came over and eat some chips, chocolates and watch "the forbidden kingdom" but when hubby get home I go straight to my bed and get my self to rest. Hubby gave me some medicine and we were surprised it works. After 3 hrs of being burning with fever, I start sweating and feel a little bit better. It's hubby's confirmation today and I might just go to church for the sacrament and go home. I am still not feeling well but I finished my pending task. Thank heavenly father for giving me such strength despite of the pain and being sick... I praise you!

Baptism of Hubby

We had a blast dinner at Asian Cafe last Thursday. The elders, me and my husband dine in our favorite restaurant. It was my husbands baptism and I can't explain how delightful I was. It's a huge deal in our marriage to put Jesus Christ in our life. I noticed that our marriage is growing pleasantly and going to church every Sunday contribute a lot. As a human being we have agencies on what to do or what to choose. But I am glad because I was able to bring my husband to church and be cleansed again. The elders in our church helps us a lot to grow more and understand the scripture.

Baptismal is a key to follow the commandments of God and I certainly believe that being obedient is a requisite. I cried when I hug my husband. I was so happy and proud of him. I had a speech but unfortunately I wasn't able to finish it because my eyes and my tongue coherent to each other. I was so emotional and can't think what to say next.



I am just so proud that my husband did a good choice. And we will try to keep the path of the righteousness and put God in the center of our marriage. Am proud of you my husband and heavenly father and Jesus Christ is proud of you too. You got the gift of the Holy Ghost now!

Slowly In a an Icy Road

It's blizzard last night and I wasn't able to drive in the morning to go to work. Hubby wont let me drive so I humbly asked my co-worker to pick me up if she can. She picked me up but she wasn't able to drive all the way in my parking lot because she was scared to be stuck ed. I guess I should have drove myself today but anyway I will tomorrow. Its pretty icy and slippery but I will just slow down as I can and manage my steering wheel completely. When I get off from work today, I warm-up my car and take off the snow around it. It was pretty cold outside and I had a bloody nose after staying for 15 minutes cleaning my car. I wish we have two garage car and I can put mine. I will just drive slowly tomorrow and be cautious. Filipina Feud

Filipino feud! why? I have been having a lot of more peace in life when I stave off myself to my co Filipino friends. They were very nice, loving and fun to be with except of some unpleasant circumstances....issues...issues..issues...But I guess its part of the adjustments such as the culture, norms and other factors that stresses Filipinos mind. I woke up very early in the morning and open my face book and one of my friend in Carolina posted an anguish message. I know shes in rage right now so she can think rational. I asked her what was that all about and she said, shes mad of her Filipino friend. Geese again? I don't know what else to say....I learned a lot from those kind of drama and its very disappointing! I guess we just need to be extra careful to the words we speak and never tell a secret. Just keep it to thyself!

Angelica Panganiban has a stunning beauty that everyone adores. She's a very talented Filipino actress that promotes good talents and beauty. She started as a child actress with a very promising talent. When I first time saw her in the television I thought that she's just being blessed with such beauty and talent but now everything cleared up and that is because shes really special. Many of us have not found our own family and I hope this will serve as your inspiration to never give up.

Animation

Animations is pretty I like how they created different characters and I wish I will learn how to design my own animation. Hubby is watching anime tonight and he is pretty much enjoying it. It was very entertaining and fun to watch before we will go to sleep.

Both of us love watching different movie and I guess we will start collecting animated movies since we find ourselves very entertain with it. Animation is a sequence of various images of 2 or 3D art work. This kind of art creates a certain simulation and extra illusions of movement that convey an extra message.

I would love on how to make animations and other computer designs. It might requires me to get some courses at school but I wouldn't mind it....Just want to learn this very interesting art work...

Initiatives

Common sense and initiatives are essential when we are working. It helps us to establish good performance at the job. Sometimes I guess we just feel lazy that's why even if we know that there's another work to be done, we tried to play blind or act like we don't know.

I am not a whiner I just do what I got to do at the job but recently I notice that some people are not doing there job well and I started to get irritated. They have better time schedules than mine well technically the management trust me more than the other lol thats why my schedule is in a later time... but anyways I hope that the management will notice it and check them out.

I love working and I am not a lazy person. I don't like other people to tell me what to do because I know what is going on. But there are some people who can't cease themselves of playing bossy. Well I put high respect on my supervisors and I respect them when they told me something but to my regular co worker? I dont think so... I guess it is unethical that they play bossy but what ever. Sometimes I get tired but I need to work. I have been driving and I love the freedom and the independence with my car.

Hubby and I are focus on our goals in life and that is to gratify ourselves later. We both believe it that it is better to work hard, do some sacrifices and later on is to gratify our selves and rejoice of the fruitful outcome.

One God can give me more strength and perseverance and I thank Him for that...

Cleaning Business

I just asked for a different time schedules at my job for 4 Tuesdays as part of our business training. Good thing because a friend said she can switch her schedules with me. I am very excited to finally started it and generate more income more. The economy is just so bad to have a second job and so hubby and I decided to have our own business.

Cleaning business is just so perfect for the economy because it don't requires more expenses. Well let see though but I am building our cleaning business site and i will write all the updates including photos.

It is very exciting because we have our own uniforms and stuff. Hubby used to have this kind of business and he made good money and now were back...

I will keep you guys posted on my updates and of course on my new cleaning website blog....

Wedding Anniversaries

What is the significant of giving importance in our wedding anniversaries? Some people celebrate even their "month saries". They give thanks of the span of time that they get through despite of some unexpected struggles. So when were talking about wedding anniversaries, we cherish and treasure it more since the time span is years.

There are different ways to celebrate anniversaries. We can surprise them to some of their favorite food or stuff to get. A simple bouquet of flowers is also lovely to get or to give. Going into a cruse, vacation overseas or dining to the most delicious restaurant in town is a good idea too.

Being married is a great experience everyday however the task of being a husband and a wife is not like eating a piece of cake without baking it, in other words it needs a work to be done! Like cooking it requires some spices to mix it with them to taste it good. Again marriage is like cooking it requires proper preparation in order to provide a good delicious taste. Sometimes we can make it salty, spicy and even a sweeter taste.

It is a journey that requires patience, perseverance and true love. Some married people get lost on their journey but they always have a choice to make it right, it depends when they still value it or not. I just celebrated my wedding anniversary last Saturday and I am blessed and glad that God showered us with a bounty blessings of love. More wedding anniversaries to come for us!

Happy Spirit

So again I talked to some of the missionaries. My friend at the job invited me for dinner last night and I had fun. I feel very welcomed and blessed. This people that I knew recently are not perfect and not saying they are right but they are helping me to understand about the beginning of our faith. How does it happen and who are those people who was bestowed to share the message. I agreed with them that every time we relay a message to someone most of the time the message will never be the same.

For two years I feel like am lost though I prayed every night. I just feel like lost because I did not find a church to go to. I feel like I questioned my own spiritual devotion. But because of this genuine friends I have found some answers that I have been looking for. They help me to understand and it becomes my wisdom to keep and share for my love ones.

I am looking forward to be more spiritually incline and learn more about God. I can feel the good spirit in me and I am so proud of myself to find it. God loves me!

My faith

Most of the time people are more focus on their religion and get astray the true essence why we go to church. As a broad minded individual I came to realize that religion affects a lot why people needs to have loyalty to where they believe is true. Every church has a gospel to believe and several teachings that differs to the others. For over two years of staying here in the states, I have been trying to look for a church to go to.

A church that will accept me and give me more explanations about spiritual aspects. Religion are set of beliefs concerning on the creation of nature, humanity and the universe. Each religion follows what they believe and certain spiritual gospel. Fortunately I found a church that I think will give me more wisdom to understand spiritually. Faith is not all about believing but learning about the teaching of God.

I feel the spirit today and I was so happy. I want to gain more wisdom and be grateful everyday. I want to see each miracles that God give me despite of my imperfection... Right now am looking forward to be more knowledgeable about the message of heavenly father, Jesus Christ and the holy ghost...
