Our new house is everything I ever imagine it would be and more. I can’t wait until we can afford to furnish all the rooms but we upsized so much on the place we didn’t even have enough existing furniture to make it a home! I love that we’ve got not one but TWO extra bedrooms for company and Jimmy is loving the backyard.

To make our schedules work, me and hubby tried to eat lunch together or else were not gonna see each other until at night. Working full time job is a good thing especially to this time of recession but it requires a little bit of management or else our schedules will be a mess. Me and hubby was been trying to lower down our bills and I am proud to say that he made it.

When I got home today for lunch I saw a bunch of grocery and guess what that's from his patient gathering his coupon. I am proud of him that he made such a good deal in all his purchases. I can't imagine how much he will pay without those coupon. Couponing is on of his new way of budgeting and I must say it works. I am proud of him really!!!

We have so much thing to do this year and one of them is for me to go back to school. I almost tried to stop going to work and be a full time student but I need my income so I will be doing my school online. Last year 2011 was such a good year for us because we had so much blessings and the highlights there was to buy our own house. I went over to my boyfriend’s house the other night and when I arrived, he
was in the middle of one of his home improvement projects. He told me to go
ahead and find something for us to watch on television and that he’d wrap up his
work so he could join me.I was so used to not having cable that when I went to
check out the directv channel guide, I was overwhelmed to say the least.

I had joined the 21st century and bought a flat screen TV a few years ago, but it was only 32 inches and since I didn’t get any HD channels, I had nothing to compare it to. I didn’t even know
where to start. I knew that we would both prefer to watch something on an HD
channel, but I didn’t know which hundred those began in. So, I decided to start
at 1. At least ten minutes had passed and I was still scrolling through, trying
to decide on something. He had managed to put away all of his project materials
before I could even choose a channel.

I'm not really sure how or why I'm always able to do it, but I always know what's going to happen in the plot lines of my favorite shows. I guess that it's not a rare phenomenon or anything, but it still kind of freaks me out every time that it happens to me.

The thing is, I'm really looking forward to the new show Boardwalk Empire and have been trying to distract myself and keep myself guessing about all of this. While I was online looking up some info on this coming season, I saw some info on internet providers. After I decided to click here for more info, I changed over my home internet service to one of the ones that I saw with all that info.

I know that this Boardwalk Empire season is going to be straight up amazing. I just hope that it does a good job of following up on all of the greatness that we witnessed from the first season. Or elase I'll be pretty disappointed, but I don't think that will be the case.

Ever since I was little I’ve had a passion for animals. I knew that when I got older in some way I would find a way to work with animals when I grew up but I knew I couldn’t really be a vet since I can’t stand to see animals sad or hurting. When I was 30 I opened up my own stables way out here outside of Dallas and it was amazing! I get to make my own hours and work with horses all day every day which is pretty much my dream come true. Lindsay Lohan on Ugly Betty

Before it was canceled, Ugly Betty was one of my favorite TV shows on ABC. I started out watching that show on DirecTV Satellite from http://www.cabletelevision.net/satellite-tv/. What made this show so amazing is that they come up with some of the best guest stars. In it's prime, the show had some amazing cameos.

My favorite cameo had to be Lindsay Lohan in Season two. Lindsay played an old high school rival of Betty's. I think this was a great role for Lindsay because she is talented when it comes to playing the mean girl in a movie or TV show. The chemistry between her and America Fererra was great. They complemented each other nicely.

Lindsay's character began working at Mode magazine, adding more friction between herself and Betty. This also meant that Lindsay had a three episode gig. It was sad seeing her go. She was definitely one of the best guest stars that appeared on the show. It was a great move on the producer's part.

Sadly, the show ended at the end of the third season. I have never forgotten these episodes. They were among my favorites of this series' run. They were the last great projects of Lohan's career.

Get a job even if it's a minimum wage

The economic crises affects the people globally. Some people lost their jobs and struggles on their finances. Me and hubby is not making millions and we are not earning minimum wage either. We make good but we still have a back up plan in case the economy will get worst. I am making money in different ways. I used my talents in writing and for that I am making money online through advertising. I also work as a full time resource teacher, a janitor in our franchise cleaning business and sometimes a driver and babysitter lol. Sound funny but that's what I do. Yes I have a bachelors degree but when it comes to working I am not picky as long as it is decent. As long as I can do it.

I talked to a childhood friend today and she goes " I stopped working because I don't make a lot" So she is now a full time mom struggling, sending her three kids to a private school. They own a barbecue store and she manage it with her husband. I guess if she did not stop, two income will be coming in the household every month. Sometimes people are so needy. They want too much...but they did not consider their qualifications. People think differently but I guess if we are too realistic to view life, we can manage our finances without struggling. So a tip for anyone who want to get a job. Be realistic...if you need to get a a job with a minimum wage then accept it. Some income is better than no income. Eventually you will have a raise or a promotions. Who knows!

Ray Lewis is certainly a motivator for his NFL team, the Baltimore Ravens. Who doesn't like to hear grandpa's stories of how he fought in the war? Lewis can be seen on the sidelines rallying the fans and his teammates, hoping to grab a point or two to put on the board during the game. I don't fault the Baltimore fans for being kind to the old man. He really was a great player. It's nice to see the Ravens franchise still allows him to suit up and be a cheerleader for the team.

Is it obvious I'm a Pittsburgh Steelers fan? I didn't want to come across as too loyal to the good old “Black & Gold.” It's fun to see old Ray huffing and puffing and spitting like Coach Cowher used to on the sidelines, but Ray Lewis is a linebacker for the Ravens. Those hair products for men that are advertised during commercial breaks from the games must really work. It seems they really do wash away the gray.

The Steelers are matched up against the Ravens in a playoff game that will decide whether or not the team will go on to the next playoff game or not. It is a do or die situation. I believe that one reason of using uniforms in our jobs is to promote professionalism and identification purposes. I am trying to thaw my chicken for tomorrow. I need to make a chicken adobo requested by some of my genuine friends. I am off tommorrow and am just ecstatic to see them again. I have been working hard both on my preschool job and managing our cleaning business.

Tonight we will go to one of our account and clean it. We will only do some small stuff and bring one of my husbands employee. His very good and easy to catch up. If everything will grow soon, he will be our main guy.

Yesterday hubby was so happy that our two accounts has outstanding remarks. We did a very good job and we are getting more clients soon. Geese God is so good. But hubby told me that we need to save more and more because if there is sunshine there is also some rainy days.

So proud of hubby he just so amazing...of handling our business wisely! But anyhow we will have fun again tomorrow with friends...Banquet of Filipino food will be in the table again. Our printer is very essential in our business right now. But lately its malfunctioning maybe because its getting old. We might need a new ribbon, cartridge or maybe a new whole printer. We just bought a new ink last week but still some errors occurred every time I am printing some paper works.

I had a chance to talked to my schoolmate in high school. We talked about anything and how our life transcend in a very special way. We had a nice chat including the places that we have been gone through. One of the places that she was visited already is the country of Tunisia. This country is located in the northern part of Africa. Its area is 165,000 square meter with an estimated population of 10.4 million people. The country was under the power of Ben Ali for 23 years...thats two decades more or less....

Her husband is still there working as a company accountant but the place is not a good place to stay right now because of the Tunisian revolution. The country is mainly operated as a republic but under the authoritarian regime of their president Ben Ali. The country is undergoing a social and political issues that resulted a very deadly protest and deadly demonstrations.

I talked to my friend for almost 2 hours and she's really worried of her husband. Her husband is making a very good money right now and they can't compromise their income over the place situation. Geese this is how our Filipino people are facing right now. Because of the recession in our country, our Filipino people fleet to the other countries to work and make their living even if its not safe. Sad!

Fever

I was gruelling with fever last night. I was shivering and felt all the body pain. I was supposed to enjoy watching movies with a friend but I was really sick. They still came over and eat some chips, chocolates and watch "the forbidden kingdom" but when hubby get home I go straight to my bed and get my self to rest. Hubby gave me some medicine and we were surprised it works. After 3 hrs of being burning with fever, I start sweating and feel a little bit better. It's hubby's confirmation today and I might just go to church for the sacrament and go home. I am still not feeling well but I finished my pending task. Thank heavenly father for giving me such strength despite of the pain and being sick... I praise you!

We had a blast dinner at Asian Cafe last Thursday. The elders, me and my husband dine in our favorite restaurant. It was my husbands baptism and I can't explain how delightful I was. It's a huge deal in our marriage to put Jesus Christ in our life. I noticed that our marriage is growing pleasantly and going to church every Sunday contribute a lot. As a human being we have agencies on what to do or what to choose. But I am glad because I was able to bring my husband to church and be cleansed again. The elders in our church helps us a lot to grow more and understand the scripture.

Baptismal is a key to follow the commandments of God and I certainly believe that being obedient is a requisite. I cried when I hug my husband. I was so happy and proud of him. I had a speech but unfortunately I wasn't able to finish it because my eyes and my tongue coherent to each other. I was so emotional and can't think what to say next.

I am just so proud that my husband did a good choice. And we will try to keep the path of the righteousness and put God in the center of our marriage. Am proud of you my husband and heavenly father and Jesus Christ is proud of you too. You got the gift of the Holy Ghost now!

It's blizzard last night and I wasn't able to drive in the morning to go to work. Hubby wont let me drive so I humbly asked my co-worker to pick me up if she can. She picked me up but she wasn't able to drive all the way in my parking lot because she was scared to be stuck ed. I guess I should have drove myself today but anyway I will tomorrow. Its pretty icy and slippery but I will just slow down as I can and manage my steering wheel completely. When I get off from work today, I warm-up my car and take off the snow around it. It was pretty cold outside and I had a bloody nose after staying for 15 minutes cleaning my car. I wish we have two garage car and I can put mine. I will just drive slowly tomorrow and be cautious. Common sense and initiatives are essential when we are working. It helps us to establish good performance at the job. Sometimes I guess we just feel lazy that's why even if we know that there's another work to be done, we tried to play blind or act like we don't know.

I am not a whiner I just do what I got to do at the job but recently I notice that some people are not doing there job well and I started to get irritated. They have better time schedules than mine well technically the management trust me more than the other lol thats why my schedule is in a later time... but anyways I hope that the management will notice it and check them out.

I love working and I am not a lazy person. I don't like other people to tell me what to do because I know what is going on. But there are some people who can't cease themselves of playing bossy. Well I put high respect on my supervisors and I respect them when they told me something but to my regular co worker? I dont think so... I guess it is unethical that they play bossy but what ever. Sometimes I get tired but I need to work. I have been driving and I love the freedom and the independence with my car.

Hubby and I are focus on our goals in life and that is to gratify ourselves later. We both believe it that it is better to work hard, do some sacrifices and later on is to gratify our selves and rejoice of the fruitful outcome.

So again I talked to some of the missionaries. My friend at the job invited me for dinner last night and I had fun. I feel very welcomed and blessed. This people that I knew recently are not perfect and not saying they are right but they are helping me to understand about the beginning of our faith. How does it happen and who are those people who was bestowed to share the message. I agreed with them that every time we relay a message to someone most of the time the message will never be the same.

For two years I feel like am lost though I prayed every night. I just feel like lost because I did not find a church to go to. I feel like I questioned my own spiritual devotion. But because of this genuine friends I have found some answers that I have been looking for. They help me to understand and it becomes my wisdom to keep and share for my love ones.

I am looking forward to be more spiritually incline and learn more about God. I can feel the good spirit in me and I am so proud of myself to find it. God loves me!

Camping

I have always been an avid camper. We use to own a Volkeswagon bus as a kid and would frequently take the VW bus up to the mountains for the weekend. My parents would pop the top and sleep in the bed up top. My sister and I would fight over who got to sleep in the cool hammock and who had to sleep in the smaller bed below the loft. We would spend the weekend fishing and hiking.

We would cook hot dogs over campfires and gorge ourselves on marshmallows. I had such fond memories of these times that I decided it would be something to do with my children. I do not have a Volkeswagon van so instead I bought a 4 person tent and 4 sleeping bags. The kids and my husband were very excited about my new found interest in camping. My sons were already taking bets on who would see the most bears.

The day of the camping trip we set our HERE alarm and head out on the road. The drive to the state park that we were camping in was relatively short. When we got there we set up the tent and built a fire. The kids immediately wanted to go exploring. We set off on a hike fully intending to enjoy our first camping trip as a family.

Most of the time people are more focus on their religion and get astray the true essence why we go to church. As a broad minded individual I came to realize that religion affects a lot why people needs to have loyalty to where they believe is true. Every church has a gospel to believe and several teachings that differs to the others. For over two years of staying here in the states, I have been trying to look for a church to go to.

A church that will accept me and give me more explanations about spiritual aspects. Religion are set of beliefs concerning on the creation of nature, humanity and the universe. Each religion follows what they believe and certain spiritual gospel. Fortunately I found a church that I think will give me more wisdom to understand spiritually. Faith is not all about believing but learning about the teaching of God.

I feel the spirit today and I was so happy. I want to gain more wisdom and be grateful everyday. I want to see each miracles that God give me despite of my imperfection... Right now am looking forward to be more knowledgeable about the message of heavenly father, Jesus Christ and the holy ghost...

Its August 27, 2010 in the Philippines and of course its our hometown fiesta. As far as I know the said cities that commemorates fiesta are Cagayan de oro city, Valencia and of course my own beloved home town Old Damulog. In our family we celebrate fiesta every year with several reasons. First is we serve this as our thanks giving for giving us good harvest when my father still used to run a farm, we dedicated it to our own patron Saint Augustin and of course to God. Fiesta is commonly hosted by our own Catholic church. There's always a procession followed with a church mass. People go to church and give thanks to God. Any member of the family whose not at home will try to come home and celebrate the said celebration. There's a feast of food in every house that offers everyone to eat. There are some sports activities and a traditional coronation night with some selected beautiful ladies. Everyone is being united on this festival. Brittany Murphy is one of my favorite holly wood actress I first time saw her at 8 mile , a drama music film with m&m. Shes flawless and talented. I was stunned the other day when I read the shocking news about her death. She was found cold and breathless in her own bathroom.

The shining star died at the age of 32, the new years resolution to have kids will now remain as a dream that never come true. According to the news there was no foul play but she died in a natural cause of death. Cardiac arrest is seemingly normal when a person die but what produced cardiac arrest? Well what ever it is Murphy is dead and it don't make any difference its sad.

Her dad can not believe and can not see her that way. Bertolotti feel broken of losing her daughter, he saw his daughter last 3 years ago. He wanted to think that Murphy is just doing some movie somewhere else. Murphy and her mom Sharon are inseparable to each other. Once again Murphy is our sister, girl, daughter, wife and our shining star. Rest in Peace Murphy...

I am really trying to lose weight and Its daunting me to do it. Its pretty hard when you know that every time you open the fridge you got a lot of choices there to eat. But today I found this simple instructions that will perhaps help me to cut down some weight a little. The following meal instructions are the following:

1. meal number 1- any cereal that with 2/3 cup of milk and favorite fruits. Any protein shake will do too.

2. meal number 2- will be like some waffles, protein meal bar, and any fruit shake that rich in protein.

3. meal number 3- eat what you normally do some chicken, meat with vegetables or even rice..But not too much

4. Snacks- some healthy crackers, salads, and fruits..you can drink your beverages as you normally do

Hope this will help me....am really trying to do a lot of exercise lately but no progress and even start myself. But hope this time around will work........
